Send us the spec and the price you want to pay. We work out who really makes it, get quotes from more than one supplier, and come back with two or three real options and the difference between them. If the price you want does not exist, we say so.
Pick a supplier and we handle the rest. We check the supplier before any money moves, agree the terms, keep an eye on production, book quality checks, and put several suppliers into one shipment when that cuts your freight bill.
Route, transport and order size are set per product. A few hundred phones can fly and land in a week. A full container of accessories takes six weeks by sea and costs far less per unit. We tell you which one your margin can take.
Call one number and the same person answers. We stand in the middle, so the 3am emails, the language gaps and the chasing for a shipping date land on us.

A large order runs to a plan. Quantities agreed, deposit and balance tracked, and a delivery date in writing before production starts.
Sea, air and courier booked through shipping partners. The customs paperwork is filed before the goods reach the port.
Simpex does not own a warehouse. Storage, shipping, customs and checks are handled by outside firms, chosen job by job. You do not pay for a building we would rarely fill, and we are never stuck with the only depot on our books.
Space by the pallet in the UK and near the factory. Goods can wait close to the port, be split up and sent out when you want them.
Sea, air and road booked through firms we have used before. Prices are quoted per shipment, so a small trial is priced as a small trial.
Licensed agents file the entry. Codes, duty and import VAT are agreed while the goods are still abroad.
Independent inspectors go in before the goods leave. A fault found at the factory is a credit note. The same fault found in your stockroom is money lost.
